Diagnosed as cervical disc herniation
Beijing Jishuitan hospital began to do cervical artificial disc replacement (Bryan disc) in 2003, which was the first in China. Shortly after that,artificial lumbar disc replacement was also performed in JST hospital. With artifical disc replacement, the patient can preserve the segmental motion at the replaced level.
